Email marketing software such as Sendinblue helps in building and growing your customer base, but how much does an email marketing software cost?
In this Sendinblue pricing article, I’ll show you how much Sendinblue really costs, what you’ll get, and reveal SendinBlue’s complete pricing structure.
As someone in the digital marketing niche looking for email marketing tools to use for my business, I found one of the best affordable email marketing software, Sendinblue. With this, I’ll share with you which Sendinblue plans can help you grow your customer base and make more money.
In terms of cost, how does Sendinblue’s pricing differ from other email marketing software?
Sendinblue’s pricing is affordable and scalable. All of Sendinblue’s plans let you have an unlimited number of contacts. Paid plans range from $25 to $599 per month – with the $65 per month Premium plan being the most popular. Prices vary depending on the number of emails you send per month.
Sendinblue offers four pricing plans. These plans include unlimited contact storage, so you can import and export an unlimited number of contacts.
Here are Sendinblue’s pricing plans:
- Free ($0/month): Sendinblue’s free plan is forever free. In this plan, you can upload an unlimited number of contacts and send up to 300 emails per day.
- Lite (Starts at $25/month, $22.50 per month if billed annually): Sendinblue’s Lite plan starts at $25 per month for a monthly email volume of up to 10,000 and increases depending on your monthly email volume. In this plan, you have all the features included in the free plan, and you have no daily sending limit, get email support, advanced statistics, and more.
- Premium (Starts $65/month, $58.50 per month if billed annually): The Premium plan starts at $65 per month for a monthly email volume of up to 20,000 and, like the Lite plan, also increases depending on your monthly email volume. The Premium plan has all the features in the Lite plan, plus you get marketing automation, Facebook ads, landing pages, multi-user access, telephone support, and more.
- Enterprise (Quote-based): For the Enterprise plan, you have to get in touch with the Sendinblue sales team to receive a quote. The Enterprise plan has all the features in the Premium plan, plus you set a custom volume of emails, get priority sending, create 20+ landing pages, access for 10+ users, priority support, a customer success manager, and more.

2. Are There Any ‘Hidden’ Costs?
Sendinblue is one of the few email marketing software that has no hidden costs.
What it has instead is a couple of add-ons for added extra features and pay-as-you-go options that you can purchase outside of your purchased plan.
Sendinblue lets you add the Lite+ add-on for $12.00 per month on top of the Lite plan. The Lite+ add-on gives you access to advanced e-mail features.
- You can now remove the Sendinblue logo from your email campaigns.
- You get advanced campaign reporting like the heat map, geography, device, and in-depth open-and-click statistics.
- You can now do A/B test email content and subject lines.
Aside from the Lite plan, you can also add extra features to Sendinblue’s Premium plan. The Premium plan already comes with three users and five landing pages, but you can add additional users and landing pages at an additional cost.
Sendinblue lets you add up to 7 more additional users to your Premium plan at $12.00 per user per month. If you need to add more than seven users, reach out to the sales team so they can give a quote for a plan that will meet your needs.
You can also add up to 15 more landing pages priced at $24 per 5 landing pages per month for the additional landing pages. If you find yourself needing more landing pages, you can always reach out to the sales team, and they will quote a plan just for you.
Another extra offering is the dedicated IP for large-volume senders or those who want to send from a non-shared IP which costs $145/year. Do note that the Enterprise plan has a dedicated IP included for free if you avail of it.
One of Sendinblue’s pay-as-you-go options is the pre-paid email credits. The pre-paid credits come with the features of the Lite plan, including the Lite+ add-on.
The email credits do not expire, and you use them alongside or outside of your availed plan. Here is the cost for the pre-paid email credits:
- 5,000 emails for $40
- 10,000 emails for $74
- 20,000 emails for $121
- 50,000 emails for $201
- 100,000 emails for $343
- 500,000 emails for $1,189
- 1,000,000 emails for $1,995
Another one of Sendinblue’s pay-as-you-go options is the pre-paid SMS credits. Sendinblue’s prepaid SMS credits pricing is only available in Euros and varies depending on the amount of SMS you want to send and the location you wish to send your messages.
As an example, here are the pre-paid SMS credits pricing if you want to send SMS in the United States:
- 100 SMS for 1.00€
- 200 SMS for 2.00€
- 500 SMS for 5.00€
- 1000 SMS for 10.00€
- 2000 SMS for 20.00€
- 10000 SMS for 100.00€
To know the pricing for sending to other countries, you can use the calculator on Sendinblue’s pricing page.
3. Sendinblue Pricing Example #1
Small Business Example
If you’re a small business in its early stages, you don’t need to send a large volume of emails per month. To save on your expenses, you can try Sendinblue’s Free plan that lets you upload an unlimited number of contacts and send up to 300 emails daily.
Once you start scaling up and you find that the 300 daily emails of the free plan are limiting you, you can upgrade to Sendinblue’s Lite plan for 10,000 emails per month at $25 per month. If you need advanced email features, you can opt to get the Lite+ add-on for an additional $12 per month, for a total of $37 per month.
If your business grows and you need to send more than 10,000 emails per month, depending on your estimated monthly email volume, you can upgrade your Lite plan to a higher monthly volume of up to 100,000 emails per month at $99 per month, and with the Lite+ add-on costs $111 per month.
When 100,000 emails per month are not enough as your business grows bigger, you can choose to avail the Premium plan. It comes with higher monthly email volume limits and more advanced features like access for three users, creating five landing pages, and adding extra users and landing pages at additional costs.
For the Premium plan, if you need 150,000 emails per month, add three more users, and need to create ten more landing pages, it would cost you $169 for the Premium plan plus an additional $36 for the three additional users, which is $12 per user and $48 for the ten additional landing pages which are $24 per 5 landing pages, a total of $253.
4. Sendinblue’s Pricing: A Practical Example #2
Now, if your business is small or your business doesn’t have a predictable monthly email volume, going for Sendinblue’s pay-as-you-go option may be the best choice for you. With pay-as-you-go, you can purchase pre-paid email credits with no expiration and come with all the Lite plan (Lite+ add-on included) features.
Since you have an unpredictable monthly email volume, you can try Sendinblue’s 10,000 pre-paid email credits that cost $74. If you ever run out of email credits, you can always purchase more.
Buying pre-paid email credits can also help you estimate how many emails you send per month before availing of one of the paid plans. Once you establish your estimated emails per month, you can now purchase the perfect Sendinblue plan for you.
Let’s say that you purchased 20,000 pre-paid email credits that cost $121, and you used them all up in 2 months. With this, you can say that your monthly email volume is around 10,000 emails per month.
It would be wiser and more cost-effective to purchase the Lite plan, even with the Lite+ add-on, because it would only cost you $37 per month compared to the 20,000 pre-paid email credits that cost $121 for two months or around $60.5 per month.
