These are called credit card processing fees.
Again, this is mandatory, with of course a few exceptions. You’ll find that what you’ll have to pay depends on the plan you’ve chosen.
So, for example, if you’ve subscribed to Basic Shopify, you’ll be charged 2.9% + USD 30 cents for online transactions and 2.7% for manual payments.
