Conclusion

These 7+ website and online store builders are all excellent WordPress alternatives, but I’d pick Wix if I were to choose the best.

Let me explain why.

As seen in our comparisons above, Wix scored the highest compared to the other alternatives, even higher than WordPress. Although it cannot compare to the extreme flexibility and customizability that WordPress offers, its features are excellent and powerful in their own right.

But it doesn’t stop there.

To use it, you don’t need to have any technical or coding knowledge at all, unlike WordPress. So even a beginner can quickly figure out how to use it on their own.

Hosting nearly 160 million websites is a testament to how trustworthy and excellent its offerings are. So if you’re planning to switch from WordPress, I’d recommend that you choose Wix and be a part of the 160 million.
